Ordering

Order can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on ItsyBitsyBabyGifts.com web site.

If you prefer, you can order by phone during normal business hours by calling:  1-888-820-1324 Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm EST. Your order will be entered into our system and you will receive an invoice by email verifying your order.

Back-orders

If you receive notice that an item is back ordered and you do not wish to wait for it, you can choose to cancel the order and your payment will be refunded.

Using on-line check out

Ordering on-line is simple and convenient; simply click the   button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions. 

Click on the "View Cart" link at the top of the page at any time to check the contents of the shopping cart, remove items or change the items. When you are ready to check out, just click on the "Go To Payments" in your shopping cart and proceed by providing the required information. 

We have many Itsy Bitsy Pink Spiders   on the product pages, make sure you click on them, it will give you more choice, colors, styles and additional information. Use your back button browsers to return to the original page.

Payments

Receipts are not included with orders when they are shipped, it will be sent via email. Please keep your receipt.

Taxes 

  USA:

No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located anywhere in the United States.

 

  Canada:

Provincial Sales Tax (PST)- All Ontario orders are subject to 8% PST

Goods and Services Tax (GST)  - All provinces are subject to 5% GST charge (except NFLD, NB, NS  where 13% combined tax will be added.)

ItsyBitsyBabyGifts.com is shipping to customers in the USA and in Canada.

Most of the merchandise is shipped from the USA   and some are from Canada.  Each product is marked with the country's flag indicating the availability in that country and the shipping of origin. Some products are available only in one of the countries. Please check before ordering. 

For example when you see the following notes: 

• Available in:     Shipped from:   This will indicate that the product is available in the USA and in Canada, and it is shipped from Canada. If you live in the USA it will be considered as “International Shipping”. If you live in Canada Domestic Shipping.

Domestic Shipping: will take 2-5 business days.

International Shipping:  you may expect longer shipping time and higher cost than indicated on our website because of transit time, inspections at the border etc.  Add 5-7 business days to the estimated domestic delivery. The purchaser is responsible for any duty or customs charges that may apply to their orders.

When placing a rush order, please note this on your order by writing “rush order” in the special instructions box.  We will inform of the additional charges.

Please note that with most personalized orders it takes at least 2-3 weeks to personalize and ship, unless noted otherwise.

We use a variety of carriers including FedEx, UPS and US Priority Mail for Standard shipping, Canada Priority Post etc.

Your order is usually shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted) and it will take an additional 2-5 business days to deliver.

·         Standard Delivery: Your order will be delivered in five business days from 

      the shipping date, except for International Orders.

·         Express Delivery: Your order will be delivered in two business days from the

      shipping date.

ItsyBitsyBabyGifts.com ground shipping fees are based on Standard Delivery in the same country as Domestic Shipping. There will be additional time and cost for International Shipping.

* We offer FREE SHIPPING on purchases over $150.00 (excluding shipping cost) for Domestic Shipping in the USA. Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping on International Shipping.

 

** Each page will show the country’s flag where the items are shipped from  and also indicates the estimated additional shipping charges        By checking the box of the  country to be shipped to, the site will add the estimated International Shipping charges, if applicable.  You will be contacted via email within 24 hours of placing the order if the actual international shipping charges are more then quoted on our website and at this point you will have the option to either pay the additional amount or cancel your order and receive a full refund. 

Please note that sometimes the merchandise you order may be shipped from various locations from the USA or Canada.  Therefore, your order may arrive separately at different times and in separate packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address that is given to us is an address where the customer will be able to receive the merchandise at the time of delivery.

 

Return Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept back your items within 14 days of receiving your item, for a refund, exchange or store credit.

 

The returned merchandise has to be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied with a Return Authorization Number.

 

Custom made items, personalized items, and monogrammed items are not returnable.

 

To return an item:

• Please call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a Return Authorization Number, which is valid for 10 days.  The shipment must be postmarked within 10 days from the issue of the Return Authorization Number.
• Upon receiving your return, we will issue you a refund, a store credit or exchange to your option.
• We are sorry, but shipping costs, border taxes or custom charges are not refundable.
• If you received free shipping on the original sale, and the item is returned, you will receive a refund with the actual shipping costs deducted.
• Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend returning your package insured and with delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, or the postmark is later then the allotted 10 days from issuing the Return Authorization Number, or if we find that the merchandise is not in its original condition, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
• If your purchase arrived damaged we will work with the manufacturer and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
• All return conditions may be adjusted subject to manufacturer's warranty and return policies.

Privacy Policy:

ItsyBitsyBabyGifts.com does do not reveal your personal information to third parties.

 

ItsyBitsyBabyGifts.com reserves the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, or listed on the site with errors of colors, size or styles. If the cancellation takes place after the credit card has already been processed, we will refund you the full amount immediately.
